Delivery & Returns
Here at Flipacase we aim to provide all our customers with great service; therefore we provide 100% FREE UK delivery to all our customers. We will alway aim to dispatch all orders made before 5pm *(Monday-Friday) the same working day and you should recieve your goods within two working days.
Flipacase unfortunately does not offer international delivery at this point of time, due to many orders not being recieved.
*Please note that we will not take any liability for any orders that are sent to the wrong address due to the customer providing the wrong information
Refunds & Returns
Normally returning an item to an online retailer can be daunting, but here at Flipacase we ensure that this procedure is straightforward and hassle free. We offer a 14 day refund and returns policy that allows you to return any unwanted products. Please do not hesitate to get in contact with us, we will be more then happy to help. Please contact us through our contact page or via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and provide us with your order number and reason for returning; we will try to respond within one working day.
Flipacase aims to keep all of our customers happy, however due to human error, things do go wrong and we would like to fix that. You are covered if you have kept a copy of your order number or email confirmation through paypal. The fault must be a manufacture fault and not through general wear & tear. You are not covered if the case is misused, damaged or through weather/temperature related damages.
Flipacase provide a 6 month warranty on all cases bought from us, which means if a claim is made with information and photographic proof of fault or defect in the case, it will be replaced or repaired within 30 days. Customers are required to send back the defected case and are responsible for any shipping/other charges.
Please Note: Only cases are covered under the 6 month warranty, and does not apply to screen protectors, cables, stylus pens or any other accessories.
