How long will it take to recieve my order?

Please allow up to 2 working days for orders placed, however in some situations during peak periods, or other events that affect delivery service please allow up to 5 working days.

 

How are items shipped?

If orders are placed before 5pm, we aim to ship them the same day through Royal Mail.

 

Do items purchased come with a warranty?

All cases bought come with a 6 month warranty, this does not include general wear & tear and heavy usage. If you believe your product does suffer a manufacture defect, do not hesitate to get in contact with us through our contact us page. We will try our best to replace the product, and would require the product with a defect to be sent back (postage at buyers discretion). For more information check our 'delivery & returns' page Accessories such as cables, screen protectors or stylus pens do not come with a warranty.

 

Can I return/exchange a good?

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority therefore we offer a 14 day returns and refund policy, any unwanted goods can be either returned or exchanged.
